6. Limitation of BGBS’s Liability
   1. BGBS will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by BGBS or its employees or subcontractors in circumstances where:
      1. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by BGBS or its employees or subcontractors;
      2. you can show that there has been a breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by BGBS or its employees or subcontractors, such loss or damage does not flow naturally as a consequence of that breach; in respect of any increase to your loss or damage arising from or relating to your actions.

8. Registration
